Who takes the money.

Payment services are provided by Stripe, and for users in Europe by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Seller payouts use Stripe Connect. TABEDAL never stores card data.

How to report illegal content.

Reporting. Every placement on the Service, every Board spot, every Wall post and the Throne, carries a report control. It opens a short form: what is wrong with the placement, what we should look at, and an address. No account is needed. The report is recorded before anything else happens to it, you are given a reference at once and a receipt by email, and the decision reaches you at the same address with the reasons for it.

Single point of contact for authorities and for users under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act): the address on the contact information (English or French). It is the only address the service publishes, and everything reaches it. The report control is the notice mechanism; this address is the contact point, and either reaches us. Notices are reviewed and answered under the notice-and-takedown process described in the Terms of Service.

Where to take a dispute.

In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. TABEDAL is registering with a certified consumer-mediation scheme; the mediator's name, website and address will be published here as soon as that registration is complete. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Who owns what is on it.

The OpenFame name, logo, design and software are the property of TABEDAL or licensed to it. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited. Third-party marks, including X, belong to their owners; OpenFame is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp.
