Press Kit.
Everything needed to write about OpenFame accurately, without asking us first.
What OpenFame is.
OpenFame is a global resellable attention market. One hundred ranked places each hold a link, and each is always for sale at the price its owner has set, so being outsold is a sale rather than a loss, and the money goes to the person who held the place. Above the Board stands the Throne, one line that anyone may take by paying more than the last person, with no refund; below it runs the Wall, where a post costs ten dollars for a week. Everything that happens is written to a public journal that anyone can read without an account.
What the facts are.
| Category | A global resellable attention market. |
| Brand line | The price of fame, in public. |
| Operator | TABEDAL, a French company; the legal notice carries its identification. |
| Board | One hundred ranked spots, a number that does not grow. |
| Resale | The owner sets the price, from $5 to twenty times what they paid, at most $20,000. |
| Seller share | Ninety per cent of every sale, paid into the seller's own account seven days later. |
| Throne | One line above the board where the price only rises and nothing is refunded. |
| Wall | Ten dollars for a week, with three posts per account live at once. |
| Rulebook | Published and dated; every change is journalled before it takes effect. |
| Ledger | A canister on the Internet Computer, readable by anyone without an account. |
| Payment rail | Stripe, with sellers paid into their own connected account. |
| Language count | The site is published in fourteen languages. |
Every figure on this page is fixed. The live figures are on the cashbook, and every event that produced them is in the journal.
What you may use.
The wordmark and the symbol are free to use as published, without asking. Do not redraw them, do not recolour them, and keep the orange square around the f.
What the colours are.
Orange #F25C05 on paper #F4F4F1, with ink #121212. Those three are the whole palette, and the orange is the only one that carries meaning: it marks a price.
Who to ask.
Press questions, interviews and fact checks go to the same address as everything else, which is on the contact information.
